In the event the user account is Inactive, please use the SR and create a ticket so that it can be escalated to the GSA Administrators.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? When accounts are reactivated, they remain active for 90 days, regardless of login activity. This 90-day window allows the user time to complete their training. After this period, the account will be deactivated again, and a new reactivation request will need to be escalated if further access is required. |
