Should a user reach out for assistance with incorrect account info, and it’s not the email address, please use the SR below and create a ticket so that the request can be escalated to the GSA Administrators.
IMPORTANT! The GSA Administrators advised that if the incorrect information is the email address, the users will need to sign up for an account again with the correct email address, as this is not something that can be fixed on the Learning Academy’s end. |
