This SR applies to the error message that is known to affect users with email addresses ending in @usmc.mil or @army.mil, but it's possible it can affect more users, especially military.


WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

Some users with email addresses that end with @usmc.mil and @army.mil are experiencing issues logging into Learning Academy due to network security settings.


WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

This means that even though they take all the necessary steps, they're met with an 'access is denied' error message. The error message can look different depending on the browser, but this is an example:



HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

 

After making sure the user is properly set up with login.gov, please provide the SR below to advise them to reach out to their internal IT department in order to allow Learning Academy access.
