Please use the SR below should you encounter a GSA Learning Academy account with a Pending status.


IMPORTANT!


  • Please ensure the user email address is a federal government email address, ending in ‘.gov’ or '.mil'. If not, you may let the user know that the GSA Learning Academy Administrators advised that accounts with non-federal government emails will not be reactivated.

  • Please ensure the user email address does not end in ‘@gsa.gov’, as this would mean a GSA Employee or Contractor self-registered for a Learning Academy account, instead of waiting for the Data Feed to automatically trigger the account creation. Refer to the Learning Academy Account with @gsa.gov | No OLU Account SR instead.


Standard Response:


Thank you for your patience! I was able to locate your account. However, I see that is currently Pending. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your account to be approved. However, it usually takes less time. Once your account is approved, the Fleet Management Training will be assigned to your account within 24 hours. 

In the meantime, please confirm that the email address you used to register is properly listed in your Login.gov account. This will ensure you are able to successfully log in when your account is approved.
