When we escalate reactivation requests, the GSA LA Administrators will reactivate the account for 90 days. This 90-day period is not based on user inactivity—it is simply the standard timeframe provided by the Learning Academy to allow the user to complete the Fleet training.


Please provide the SR below when updating users after the GSA LA Administrators confirm that the account has been reactivated.
